The Technical Account Manager (TAM) works with new and existing clients to ensure they are successful deploying and operating Ping Identity solutions. As part of the Global Support Organization, the TAM guides customers from purchase to production, advocates for their needs across Ping teams, and ensures customers derive ongoing value from their deployments. The role focuses on optimizing deployed solutions and maintaining strong enterprise relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
