About this role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a customer-facing role based in the UK that acts as a trusted technical advisor to Spinnaker Support’s enterprise customers, ensuring successful delivery, satisfaction, and account expansion. The role requires a strong Oracle technical background and broad understanding of enterprise software ecosystems including SAP, VMware, operating systems and open source. The TAM collaborates with Customer Success, Service Delivery, Regional CTOs, Product Management and Sales to drive operational excellence, roadmap planning, and value realization across the customer base.
