The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the primary post Go-live technical and product point of contact for Razorpay’s Super Enterprise Merchants. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring successful product adoption, and aligning merchant needs with Razorpay’s product roadmap. The TAM also acts as a subject matter expert and conduit between customers and internal teams to drive product improvements.
