Bastion is hiring a Technical Account Manager to own the client experience from initial integration through ongoing scale, acting as the bridge between the product and companies building on their financial infrastructure. This role sits within the product team, requiring a technical background to diagnose integration issues, improve documentation, and build lightweight automation without writing production code. You will manage the full onboarding pipeline, ensure zero engineering effort per new client integration, and proactively communicate product changes to maintain client satisfaction.
