About this role

The Technical Advisor provides strategic and technical leadership for monitoring, evaluation, data quality, and data use across the AFGHS-FHI 360 Polio Activity. The role involves leading country, regional, and global analyses of polio surveillance and program data to identify weaknesses and inform programmatic decision-making. The Advisor translates data into actionable recommendations for project management, technical decision-making, and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead monitoring, evaluation, and surveillance data analysis across multi-country polio programs
Conduct complex data analysis to identify surveillance gaps, performance issues, and data quality concerns
Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and technical reports to support programmatic decision-making

Skills

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Health, Life/Social Sciences International Development, or Related FieldProject Management (PM) Certification
