The Technical AI Strategist will lead DigiCert’s initiatives to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven customer support solutions that improve automation, agent efficiency, and case resolution. This role partners cross-functionally with Support, Engineering, Product, and Compliance to ensure AI systems deliver measurable customer and business outcomes while upholding trust, accuracy, and security. The strategist will also develop frameworks for responsible AI use and work with senior stakeholders to align AI roadmaps with company goals.
