The Technical Closer and Strategic Co-Pilot serves as a revenue partner for 15Five’s sales team, securing technical wins for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients by validating complex requirements and navigating HRIS integrations. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives to translate high-level HR philosophy into technical solutions, conducting tailored demonstrations, and building custom integrations to remove friction for IT stakeholders. The position requires a builder mindset with expertise in APIs, security compliance, and product prototyping to drive deal velocity and influence the product roadmap.

Responsibilities
