This role owns a specific product area end-to-end from the Specialist Hub, handling the most complex technical implementations, escalations, and operational health metrics. The position serves as a technical escalation point for onboarding and support teams while collaborating with Product and R&D to resolve recurring issues and shape product development. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and advanced AI fluency to optimize processes and knowledge base content.
