About this role

The Technical Lead will oversee the capacity- and institution-strengthening portfolio for a USG-funded HIV services and health systems activity in Zambia, supporting government-led, sustainable HIV treatment, laboratory, adherence, and retention services. The role sits on the activity senior leadership team, directs technical assistance and training to MOH, provincial health offices, and local organizations, and reports to the Principal Investigator. The position emphasizes strengthening monitoring systems, workforce capacity, and sustainability of HIV services across national, provincial, district and community levels.
