The Senior Public Health HIV Technical Advisor will be embedded with Nigeria's Ministry of Health and NASCP to provide long-term technical leadership and strategic guidance for HIV/AIDS and TB programming. The role supports planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of lifesaving service delivery while acting as a liaison between the U.S. Department of State, USG partners, national authorities, and donors. The advisor will also contribute to program design, performance monitoring, and capacity strengthening to improve integrated HIV/TB care and treatment nationwide.
