About this role

As a Technical Cost Out Engineering Lead, you drive material and component cost reduction through technical analysis, specification optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement and R&D. You lead the execution of value engineering projects requiring deep technical expertise in regulated manufacturing environments to improve supply resilience and margins. This role operates within the ISC organization to identify, validate, and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional technical teams through planning and project execution
Perform structured should-cost and clean-sheet engineering analyses
