Technical Lead

Leidos is seeking a Technical Lead to support a government site at Point Loma as a key member of the Field Services team, providing direct desk-side support, troubleshooting IT devices, and overseeing compliance standards across distributed locations. The role involves serving as a primary escalation point for critical security events, managing ticket resolution according to Service Level Requirements, and providing technical coaching and mentorship to standard technicians. This position requires working directly with VIP and executive-level customers to deliver premier computer and network support in a 24/7 operational environment.
