The Technical Manager provides technical and design leadership for Clearway’s preconstruction pursuits and major projects, integrating design, engineering, constructability, scheduling, and risk to develop safe, practical, and competitive solutions. Reporting to the Vice‑President of Alternative Procurement, the role coordinates across construction, estimating, scheduling, proposal, commercial, and operations teams with external designers, consultants, and stakeholders.
