Technical Manager

This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including IS customers, RMX QC in-charges, and government departments, to secure brand approvals and resolve quality issues. The position involves conducting technical trials, training sessions, and benchmarking studies to ensure product compatibility and performance meet customer requirements. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with plant QC teams and third-party labs to manage test certificates, cement samples, and detailed quality reports.
