This is a founding Product Manager role focused on building Slite's self-maintaining knowledge base and AI agent capabilities. The incumbent will co-own the product roadmap, define scope with conviction, and work directly with the CEO and CTO to drive growth and close large deals. Unlike traditional PMs, this position requires significant individual contributor skills, including the ability to read code, contribute to engineering decisions, and speak fluently about AI technologies like LLMs and embeddings.
Slite is a self-maintaining AI knowledge base that keeps team documentation accurate and up to date. Its AI Agent monitors connected tools like Slack, Linear, and GitHub to detect knowledge drift, draft updates, and route them to the right team members for review and approval. Slite also provides AI-powered search that ranks verified content first and exposes knowledge via MCP so external AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT can use it as a trusted source of truth.
