Technical Production Control – Advisor I

This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary Production Support team to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, automate, and maintain critical enterprise application platforms in production. The position requires leading troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes, implementing application enhancements, and resolving complex incidents using established problem-solving techniques. The role also includes creating status reports using MTTR and MTTA metrics to deliver effective service operations support.
