About this role

Ava Labs seeks a hands-on Technical Program Leader to own the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex blockchain programs within the AVALANCHE ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise to manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate security audits, and engage with engineering teams and external partners on critical Web3 initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex blockchain programs from scoping to launch
Coordinate security audit programs with internal engineering and external auditors
Draft and scope technical Statements of Work for protocol integrations
Manage vendor and delivery partner relationships to ensure quality standards
Identify technical risks and inform delivery decisions with leadership
