About this role
The Technical Program Manager, General Assembly at Slate will lead strategic and operational initiatives for the vehicle general assembly process, focusing on budget forecasting, ERP and digital tools, training programs, and long-term planning. The role drives the timely launch and integration of the general assembly line with other OEM manufacturing processes and supports performance improvement and innovation across the manufacturing organization. This position is based at Slate’s Warsaw, Indiana manufacturing facility with cross-functional collaboration with teams in Troy, MI.
