About this role

This role within the Engineering group owns the definition and cross-functional strategy for org-wide programs spanning all engineering disciplines and global sites. The incumbent drives the program portfolio across Hardware, Software, and AI Engineering, maintaining the single source of truth for commitments, capacity, dependencies, and status. The position serves as the senior-most interface between business leadership and engineering directors, translating growth targets into engineering capacity plans and briefing senior leadership on portfolio health.

Responsibilities
