About this role

The Technical Service Advisor (Italian or French) is part of HPE’s Advanced Services team delivering post-sales technical services to optimize network reliability and performance for customers. The role acts as a customer advocate and single point of contact to coordinate service delivery, assessments, and recommendations across internal teams. It is a hybrid position with an expectation to work roughly two days per week from an HPE office.
