Technical Service Representative

This role involves supporting Electric Rope Shovel repairs at customer mine sites, primarily in Arizona and New Mexico, by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues and performing preventative maintenance. The position requires working on a schedule that may involve up to 60 hours per week and traveling to various locations for capital projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving electrical problems, working outdoors, and supporting customers.
