Technical Services Technician

The Desktop Support Technician at Mohegan Sun configures, installs, monitors, and maintains user desktop software and hardware for the Uncasville, CT property and associated locations. The role supports a wide variety of end devices including desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, POS devices, kiosks, and hotel room technologies and participates in testing and implementing new applications and hardware prototypes. The technician provides Tier II desk-side and on-location support, documents application needs, and follows established escalation procedures.
