About this role

The Technical Solutions Engineer at DataKind will own the end‑to‑end technical onboarding and implementation of the platform for higher education institutions, handling discovery, design, coding, configuration, and deployment. The role serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers, builds reusable integration assets, and collaborates with product and engineering to align solutions with the platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

Build and ship integration code and configurations
Configure, validate, and troubleshoot data mappings and flows
Lead technical discovery with institutional IT and data teams
