About this role

As a Technical Success Manager at Snyk, you will serve as the technical champion for a large portfolio of customers, helping them embed security into their development workflows and achieve DevSecOps goals. This role focuses on driving scalable adoption through one-to-many engagements, analyzing usage data to prevent escalations, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
