About this role
The Technical Support Analyst supports College Track’s IT strategy by providing technical and customer-facing support, assisting with the design, configuration, and maintenance of technology systems, and contributing technical solutions that advance the organization’s mission. Reporting to the Technology Director, this role participates in modernizing infrastructure, standardizing processes, and influencing the execution and delivery of infrastructure across multiple technologies.
