About this role
A Technical Support Engineer (L2) in HPE Networking provides second-line TAC support for HPE and Juniper campus and data-center switching products (EX, QFX, QFabric). The role focuses on resolving customer incidents, supporting product/feature readiness, and collaborating with engineering teams. This is a hybrid position with an expectation to work on average two days per week from an HPE office.
