The Technical Training & Quality Manager – AI Data leads technical training, capability development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement for AI data programs. This role partners with AI/ML, Data Science, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure data annotation, model evaluation, and LLM training workflows meet client-defined quality standards. The position requires strong technical understanding of AI/ML and data workflows combined with hands-on experience in training and quality management.
