About this role

The Technical Transfer and Assay Implementation Scientist is responsible for onsite validation, implementation, and operationalization of molecular and immunoassay-based diagnostics (qPCR, dPCR, NGS, ELISA) in reference laboratories. The role bridges assay development and routine clinical testing, handling protocol execution, equipment qualification, data review, quality compliance, and training of laboratory staff.

Responsibilities

Lead technology transfer and assay implementation into routine diagnostic workflows
Execute and document onsite validation studies and author technical reports
Develop and maintain assay quality control and proficiency testing programs
Provide training and scientific leadership for molecular and immunoassay operations
Manage reagent inventory, equipment qualification, and performance qualification
