Technology Demand and Governance Manager

The Manager will coordinate AI governance, technology demand management, and strategic AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring AI investments align with IRC’s humanitarian mission. Reporting to the Program Technology Innovation Lead, the role supports adoption of AI technologies, streamlines governance workflows, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration between technology and program teams. The position also fosters organizational learning and community building around responsible AI use.
