Canadian Federation of Independent Business
The Technology Solutions and Implementation Manager will identify early-stage technology opportunities, translate unclear business needs into clear requirements, and lead the discovery, implementation, adoption, and stabilization of solutions. This hands‑on individual contributor role involves learning new technologies, configuring and testing systems, and ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and governance while supporting user adoption.
The Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) is a non-profit advocacy group founded in 1971 that represents and supports small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. CFIB lobbies federal, provincial and municipal governments, conducts research and runs campaigns on policy issues such as taxes, regulation, labour and the cost of doing business. It also provides members with practical services — including advice, templates, insurance and discount programs, HR and legal resources — to help businesses operate and grow. CFIB operates nationally with a large grassroots membership and offers services in both English and French.
