The Financial Times seeks a Technology Supplier & Contract Manager to oversee the operational management, governance, and commercial oversight of key technology suppliers. Reporting to the Project Portfolio Management Director, this role involves leading supplier performance, managing the lifecycle of strategic contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, and Legal. The position focuses on driving value maximization, mitigating risks, and ensuring vendors meet contractual duties and service benchmarks across software, SaaS, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of strategic technology vendors and service providers
Develop and maintain supplier governance frameworks and performance scorecards
Drive continuous improvement through service reviews and issue management
Own the operational lifecycle of technology contracts including renewals and exits
Partner with Procurement and Legal to support contract renegotiations and engagements
