The Technology Technician is responsible for the installation, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of technology systems throughout the property. This position ensures the reliable performance of audio/visual equipment, multimedia systems, computer hardware, and related technology infrastructure used in daily operations, events, promotions, and entertainment venues. The role provides exceptional internal customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient operating environment.
