About this role

The Technology Training Specialist is part of the Learning & Development team within Human Resources, responsible for creating and maintaining technology training materials across various formats and delivering training to faculty and staff. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and subject matter experts to design curricula, manage the LMS, and support learning initiatives both in‑person and virtually.

Responsibilities

Identify technology learning needs with HR and SMEs
Develop blended curriculum and training materials
Deliver online and in‑person technology training sessions
Administer and optimize the Learning Management System

Skills

Qualifications
