Telephone Switchboard Operator

This role involves operating the telephone switchboard and providing customer service and assistance to clients of the VA Medical Center facility. The position requires training VA operators and fulfilling all administrative responsibilities associated with the role. The ideal candidate will be available to work a 24/7 schedule, including holidays, while maintaining excellent communication and customer service skills.
