The Teleservices Consultant- Bilingual role delivers services and expertise to business and consumer members via phone, focusing on growing business and empowering members toward self-service options. The position handles various ACD queues, including technical support, card inquiries, and Spanish language support. The role involves creating mutually beneficial relationships, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and systems, and supporting relationship banking strategies. The consultant must be an excellent problem solver, able to multitask, and maintain schedule adherence while providing remote services.
