Teller and Member Services

This role provides quality in-person and telephone service to internal and external members while performing duties in the teller and member services areas. The position involves maintaining a working knowledge of credit union products, promoting services, and ensuring accurate daily balancing and operational procedures. It also includes training other employees, handling various member account transactions, and supporting branch operations as needed.
