Teller and Senior Teller

This role is responsible for managing all Teller and Senior Teller duties, including assisting on the teller line and greeting members in the lobby. The position focuses on opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and educating members on financial products to help them achieve their financial goals. It requires building strong relationships with members, resolving complaints, and meeting individual sales targets through consultative service.
