This position provides administrative support to the LEAP Program team, handling correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and various office tasks with independence and initiative, primarily supporting the union's internal functions.
BC Nurses’ Union (BCNU) is the labour union representing registered nurses and other health professionals across British Columbia. It negotiates collective agreements, provides member services and professional supports (education, benefits, workplace safety), and offers leadership and governance at provincial and regional levels. BCNU also advocates publicly for stronger public health care, safe staffing and improved patient care, while advancing human rights, equity and Indigenous reconciliation within the profession.
