Terminal Superintendent - Mechanical

This role leads and directs the servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance of railcars, locomotives, and equipment within the terminal and on line-of-road. The position ensures work is performed safely according to CSX Transportation safety rules and complies with Association of American Railroads and Federal Railroad Administration regulations. The incumbent manages self and others, handles conflict, and drives continuous improvement within the assigned area of responsibility.
