Terminal Superintendent - Mechanical

This role leads and directs the execution of servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance for railcars, locomotives, and equipment within the terminal and on the line-of-road. The position ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and Association of American Railroads (AAR) while managing daily shop and yard strategies. The incumbent is responsible for coaching staff, forecasting staffing needs, and managing facility resources to meet business objectives.
