Responsibilities

Define and lead overall test engineering strategy for IO Chiplet-based products
Drive strategic partnerships with Tier 1 ATE vendors and suppliers
Lead cross-functional engineering teams across silicon design and manufacturing
Architect scalable ATE IP, software frameworks, and automation methodologies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on test cost reduction and yield improvement
