Test Scheduler

The Test Scheduler at HOPCo is responsible for coordinating patient test appointments within practice management programs or at outside facilities, ensuring alignment with insurance, patient, and physician preferences. The role involves gathering necessary information from insurance carriers and patient charts to match contracted service providers, while maintaining clear communication with patients regarding pre-certification, authorizations, and scheduling processes. This position requires resolving patient inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels while accurately updating patient information in the practice management system and EMR.
