Test Scheduler

The Test Scheduler at HOPCo is responsible for coordinating patient test appointments within practice management programs or at outside facilities, ensuring alignment with insurance, patient, and physician preferences. This role involves gathering necessary information from insurance carriers and patient charts to match contracted service providers, while also initiating authorizations and providing ongoing communication regarding pre-certification and scheduling processes. The position requires maintaining high patient satisfaction by addressing questions and complaints, updating patient information in the EMR, and adhering to strict time-sensitive policies.
