About this role

The Testing & Qualification Lead for Space Solar Products at Starpath Robotics is responsible for developing and implementing qualification and acceptance strategies for space solar panels while minimizing unnecessary testing and paperwork. This pragmatic role involves creating and maintaining environmental test plans aligned with NASA standards, coordinating various environmental tests, conducting risk analyses, and collaborating with manufacturing on quality controls. With a focus on clear communication, the lead will support failure analyses and engage with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure reliability and performance of the hardware.

Qualifications

B.S. or higher in an engineering discipline7+ years in reliability, quality, or test engineering for high-reliability hardware (space/aerospace strongly preferred)
