Testsite Design and Development

The Testsite Design and Development role is responsible for designing, developing, and utilizing in-house semiconductor test chips and test structures to characterize emerging technologies and accelerate customer design enablement. This position involves defining chip-level structures for electrical measurement, evaluating designs for mask readiness, and executing electrical characterization of fabricated test chips. The role requires analyzing silicon data to identify trends and translate results into recommendations for technology and design optimization.
