The role provides therapeutic, person‑centered direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities and co‑occurring mental health concerns in crisis, assisting with the operation of a short‑term therapeutic community residence. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and overnights, as well as household management, personal care, and a willingness to become a Registered Behavioral Technician.
