Therapist

The Therapist leads an interdisciplinary team to develop, coordinate, and deliver direct social services interventions for patients in an acute care setting, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services. They provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family therapy, while also supervising less experienced clinicians and interns. The role includes documentation, collaboration with other professionals, and participation in system‑wide quality improvement initiatives.
