Therapist

This Therapist position supports a new PHP/IOP outpatient clinic opening in Fall 2026, leading interdisciplinary collaboration to develop and facilitate direct social services interventions for patients and their support systems. The role utilizes empirically supported therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or family therapy, to aid in the stabilization and recovery of individuals with mental and behavioral health concerns. The therapist creates a safe environment for patients to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while working toward their goals.
