Therapist

A therapist in this role will be responsible for implementing an evidence-based therapeutic model designed to provide community-based treatment for the families of juveniles who are involved, or at risk of being involved, in the juvenile justice system. The position involves conducting thorough assessments, engaging families and community agencies in change-oriented treatment, and utilizing the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to empower youth and families to make life-transforming changes. The role requires maintaining flexibility in scheduling, providing clinical support to the MST team, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
