Altorfer CAT
The ThinkBIG Internship is a paid program offering students the opportunity to earn an Associate in Applied Sciences degree while gaining hands-on experience in the high-demand Caterpillar Dealer Service Technology field. Participants rotate between Illinois Central College and Altorfer branches to complete a two-year curriculum covering hydraulics, engine systems, electrical diagnostics, and more. The program also includes a tuition reimbursement option for enrolled students.
